Faztroo Premium Shop endeavors to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
- A wrong product has been dispatched and does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
- If you identify a quality or manufacturing defect on the received product.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we extend options for a full refund, exchange, or re-fulfillment of your orders.
Return & Exchange Process
- Our return/exchange policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and valid only for the following reasons:
a) Damaged product
b) Manufacturing defect
c) Incorrect product - The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
- Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) for us to ascertain the reason for return/exchange. You can send the images to [email protected]. Our Quality Assurance team will check the details to confirm eligibility.
- We will update you with your Return/Exchange Request Status within 2-3 working days of receiving your request with pictures. Once accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product in question. It usually takes 2-3 working days for organizing pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.
- Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it, and the refund/exchange process will be initiated within 2-3 working days. Refunds typically reflect in your bank account within 5-7 working days thereafter.
Points to remember:
- Product must be returned with original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label, and invoice.
- Product should be unused and in original condition.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] with your order details.
